My role & impact
For Elcurio, I identified key areas for improvement in the website’s user experience and developed initial design concepts in Figma. I then implemented the final design on Shopify. To enhance the project, I explored and integrated new plugins, ensuring the website offered the features buyers needed for a seamless shopping experience. I also created a pitch deck with the team to present the website’s redesign, aligning on objectives and keeping the project efficient and focused on enhancing user experience.

User Testing & Iterations
To improve sales, we focused on building trust and payment reliability. Offering COD options and exclusive discounts made purchases more accessible and appealing. Clear return policies and multiple payment choices ensured a smoother and more secure shopping experience. Additionally, a well-timed pop-up was added to highlight ongoing offers and limited-time deals, encouraging users to make faster purchase decisions.
